Frequently Asked Questions

What are the service times?

We will begin with one in-person service at 10:30 AM and stream the service online on Facebook Life and YouTube Live at 10:30am, 12:30pm, and 6pm. Services are also available on-demand on our website and Podcast channel on Monday mornings. We will look to add additional services as needed in the first quarter of 2021.

Will face coverings be required?

Yes, face coverings are required to attend all in-person gatherings at Impact Church, in accordance with the state of Massachusetts guidelines for Houses of Worship.
Mass.Gov regulations for Houses of Worship:

All attendees and staff must wear face coverings or masks in accordance with COVID-19 Order No. 31 and the Department of Public Health’s Guidance while inside and while entering and exiting places of worship or otherwise participating in in-person services, except where a person is unable to wear a face covering or mask because of a medical or disabling condition.

If you do not have a face covering, one will be provided to you as you walk in the door. All staff and iTeam members will be wearing face coverings as they serve as well.

Will I have to pre-register to attend service?

Seating will be available on a first come, first serve basis based on pre-registering to attend service. If you have not pre-registered to attend service, you may not be permitted to enter. Registration opens for each Sunday on the Monday prior at 9am EST.

Will I be able to choose where I sit or who I sit with?

When you enter the auditorium our Guest Services team will direct your party to a specific seat(s). This is to ensure that we maintain physical distancing while allowing the most number of people to fit in the auditorium in accordance with the reduced capacity guidelines.

If you have specific people outside of your family that you choose to sit with, we ask that you wait in the parking lot until they arrive and enter the building together. We will not be able to allow saving of seats or have people meet up inside the auditorium at this time.

What if I am considered “high-risk”?

If you or someone in your family is considered “high-risk” for severe illness, we encourage you to continue to worship with us online via Facebook Live or YouTube Live.

Will there be anything available for children and youth?

iKids and Youth will not be re-opening for in person services at this time.  We look forward to continuing to connect with you online. iKidz 10am on Sunday’s (Facebook) and Youth 7pm on Wednesday’s (Instagram).

Can I bring my family?

We will continue to review the available safety information to help us prepare to eventually re open iKids and Youth services. We understand that families have a desire to worship together, however we ask that for the time being, no children under the age of 10 attend at this time.

What if I don’t feel comfortable coming in person yet?

We completely understand, and want you to feel comfortable. We invite you to worship with us online via Facebook Live and our YouTube Channel at 10:30 AM, 12:30 PM, and 6:00 PM Eastern Time.

Are the in person giving stations available?

Giving online will still be the best method of giving at this time.
If you would like to give by cash or check, there will be giving stations located in the lobby at the check-in table. We will not pass out giving envelopes or have the ushers collect the offering during service at this time. Offering envelopes are available at the giving stations.

What happens when service ends?

In order to minimize any gathering in the lobbies, we will dismiss guests by row from the auditorium and direct guests out the back door of the building. Guests will then walk around the building to return to the front parking lot.
